Position: Office Coordinator 
Location:Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Qualifications Senior secondary diploma or equivalent
Experience:1 Year +

Job Summary: 

We are seeking an Office Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have organizational and communication skills, be proficient in typing in English, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. 

Salary: 18,000 – 20,000 INR/month 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and coordinate the daily administrative functions of the office 
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for Director General and staff 
  • Respond to incoming calls, emails, and other inquiries in a timely and professional manner 
  • Maintain office records and ensure accurate filing of documents 
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, including memos, emails, and reports 
  • Assist with the coordination of office events and meetings 
  • Monitor office inventory and order supplies as needed 
  • Provide general support to visitors and clients 
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned 

Requirements: 

  • Senior secondary diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred 
  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in an administrative or clerical role 
  • Proficient in typing in English 
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines 
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite and other office software 
  • Preferably possesses a two-wheeler with a valid driver’s license

QualificationsM.Sc. in Environmental Sciences, Forestry, Sustainable Management, or similar disciplines.
Experience:0-2 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordination for the sustainability certification scheme
  • Secondary research and desk research certification scheme & projects
  • Literature review and data collection
  • Development of concept notes, process documentation, and policy briefs
  • Presentations, letters, emails
  • Maintaining records and data
  • Attending and organizing events on behalf of the organization, networking

Remuneration: Remuneration will be as per the experience and skill set.
