1. Individual Member:
Any person having the requisite qualification and a body corporate/ Proprietorship Firm/ Firm / Society / Institution / Social Groups / NGO / Association of Persons (AOA) , it has interest in the activities related/associated with the Objects of the Society and further intending to work with the Society for the achievement of the Objects.

2. Institutional Member:
Representative of any academic or cultural body or local body constituted by local governing bodies, PSU, State Government including a University, Department, research institute, registered society or trust/ body corporate /Proprietorship Firm/ Firm/ Society/Social Groups/ NGO/ Association of Persons (AOA) interested in academic, environmental, cultural, governance, corporate or social work in the Sector can become on institutional Member.

3. Student Member:

4. Co-opted Member:
The Governing Body may choose/ appoint or elect any person on the basis of their specific competence. These members shall be appointed for a term of three years, which may be renewed, and shall not have alternates.
