NCCF Governing Body Election 2024
As part of our commitment to transparency, inclusivity, and democratic governance, we are pleased to announce the upcoming elections for the Governing Body of the Network for Certification and Conservation of Forests (NCCF). These elections provide an opportunity for our dedicated members to actively contribute to the decision-making process and steer the organization toward greater heights.
The Governing Body of the Council shall comprise of the following classes of Members that need to be elected as listed out in the Rules and Regulations.
a) Subscriber Member: From the Subscriber Member there shall have four (4) members elected among themselves for the post of:-
I. Chairman ii. Secretary iii. Member iv. Member
b) Individual Member: From the Individual Member there shall have three (3) members elected among themselves for the post of:
I. Co-Chairman ii. Treasurer/Member iii. Member
C) Institutional Member: From the Institutional Member there shall have two (2) members elected among themselves for the post of:
I. Treasurer/Member ii. Member

| Last Date of Nomination papers in NCCF’s office. | 15th April 2024 |
| Date of Scrutiny of Nominations | 17th April 2024 |
| Date of display of name of valid nominations after Scrutiny | 18th April 2024 |
| Last Date of Withdrawal of Nominations | 25th April 2024 |
| Date of Elections and Declaration of Result | 26th April 2024 |

How to Nominate:
Ensure your membership is active. The last date of payment is 30th Mar 2024.
Collect and complete the Nomination Form-B available on our website or contact the Election Committee. Submit the filled nomination form by 15th April 2024.
