Our Forest Management (FM) Standard, endorsed by PEFC in September 2017 and launched in January 2018, is currently being revised (from September 2023 to September 2024, with a possible extension) to align with the EU Deforestation Regulation and other relevant national laws, as well as the revised PEFC FM Standard versions of 2018 and 2024. This revision ensures the standard’s global relevance and compliance with emerging environmental frameworks. It is being developed through extensive consultations and will be submitted for PEFC endorsement by March 2025.
The following drafts have been revised:
- Draft NCCF-STD-FM-Revision-01-2024
- Draft Accreditation and Certification Requirements for CBs under PEFC-Endorsed NCCF FM and ToF Certification Scheme (NCCF-STD-ACR-02/2025)
- Draft Group Certification Standard (NCCF-STD-GM-02/2025)
These drafts are now open for public consultation for 30 days, until March 10, 2025.

Your comments and feedback are important for gaining additional observations and insights, helping the working group to shape the standard to ensure it meets stakeholder expectations.
