Department of Commerce, Government of India and Bureau of Indian Standards in collaboration with Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Export Inspection Council of India (EIC), National Accreditation Board for Certification Bodies (NABCB) and Center for Research on International Trade (CRIT) organised Special Standards Conclave “Moving forward with INSS: Developing a World Class Quality Ecosystem” held at Mumbai on February 8-9, 2019. The conclave saw gathering of regulatory authorities, business/exporters and various experts besides interested audience on the matter around standards, technical regulations and conformity assessment procedures
Mr. A K Srivastava, IFS (retd), Executive Director(honorary), NCCF also attended the conclave and addressed the gathering as a Panelist in the session “Standards Status on Forest Produce and made presentation titled “Standards for Sustainable Natural Resource Management: A Status Review of Forest Certification” during Conclave.
